"Visited here today on a stop off on the way to Ewood Park. Absolutely stunning building both inside and out but my goodness the staff are a miserable lot. The young girls on shift today looked bored and miserable and were very off hand almost...bordering on rude when spoken to. Drinks and food ordered via the app which were both served wrongly with not a word said just tray plonked on table with drinks no interaction at all. Girls moaning between themselves about shifts at Christmas all within our earshot and which quite spoiled our visit. Please educate these miserable young ladies in customer care"

"The food is very very freshly prepared, I personally have breakfast and am fussy being in the food trade for 58 years. I have eaten all over the world, worth coming home to have a proper English breakfast. Staff are all very respectful to the customers. Ps they use Farnworth fresh foods, fantastic sausage, proper job."

"Use Dominoes regularly but will never use again after paying £25 for 2 large pizza and cookies. my pizza arrived cold so I rang them straight away only to be told that they had a few issues and could either collect the pizza or deliver me another one in an hour. when I questioned how a pizza company can deliver cold pizza the phone was slammed down on me."

"The staff here couldn’t have been any more helpful…… and one of the customers. My friend (who has mobility issues and has to use a wheelchair) and I rocked up with no reservation. They found us a table for 2 and the chef helped me get my friend into the building, as there was no ramp but 2 steps to tackle. The service was A1. The food (Sunday roast) was absolutely delicious, with 3 types of potatoes, a good selection of veg, Yorkshire puddings to die for and melt in your mouth beef…… All very good value for money. When we were ready to leave one of the customers helped me to get my friend out. My friend is generally housebound and doesn’t get out very often, mainly only when I go to visit her…. A very big thank you to everyone there who helped put a smile on my friends face, this made her week….. or maybe her month…… she’s still talking about it now!"

"Excellent service today, eating excellent, staff very welcoming. many thanks to the herrn in the shop who just visited for a cup of tea and gave me many information about other shops in the opposite. very real staff. they report, to enter, to the hands of the official. that was ingenious, will definitely visit again. I even pampered with a sweet highly recommended"
