"A restaurant where I come every time I'm traveling, I recommend it, the food is really good and the place is very friendly. The gravlax salmon is top, the unicorn beer is also top, the bugers are also very good."

"Don't be put off if it takes a while to find this place. It's well worth the effort but you might like to give yourself an extra few minutes to find the way as the old city of Briançon is a bit of a warren.We had a very enjoyable meal which had Nepalese influences. Everything tasted good and the service was friendly and solicitous. A slight downside was the noisy Italian bambino at the neighbouring table, who was not kept in check by his parents, but that is no fault of the restaurant itself. We will probably have a return visit to try one of their raclette meals, a specialty of the Alps."

"A group of 7 families (13 adults and 13 children) staying next door at Residence du Temple for a week, we enjoyed half-board at Spirit de Briancon. We received exceptional service by Richard and his staff. Chef Philippe went out of his way to accommodate his clientele. Charlotte and Sylvie waited on us morning and evening, always with a smile. Would thoroughly recommend."
