"This restaurant is located on the back side of Zwinger, towards the Holiday Inn.It serves excellent Ukrainian food. Very generous portions. Nice staff. Whoever is tired of Sauerbraten and the Roulade should come here. I thought that the ice cream they used for deserts was a little lower quality, but the other dishes were simply delicious. From the street the place seems perpetually sort of deserted, but don't be discouraged, it is a great opportunity to try something new. Once you come in you will notice that there are guests inside. They have a print-out of an English menu, otherwise the menu is printed in Russian and German. I communicated with the waitress in German, not sure if she knows English."

"After the disappointingly unspicy level 7 currywurst at Curry 24 (it was still good, just not spicy), I was looking for something more challenging, and thus discovered the 4.4 million scovilles one at Burgerhotline. I should have known something was up when the staff asked me 3 times whether I was sure I wanted to do this. Or when she explained no one ever enjoyed it. Or perhaps I was required to sign a waiver. Or at least when she prepared the currywurst wearing gloves. But oh no, I had to go ahead and order anyway. By the time the wurst was ready, the restaurant stunk of that distinctly burning smell that only the hottest of chilli can emanate. Being a 12 year veteran of living in Asia, I wasn't scared. Well, maybe a little.The first bite was fine, the 2nd was not a problem. Then the burn started to kick in, and with each successive bite the burn spread through my body like a wild fire. By the time I was finished there were tears in my eyes, my nose was running, and my nerves were shaking. This my friends is the real deal. A firey currywurst like no other I have experienced. Needless to say I felt the burn a second time the morning after. If you enjoy extremely spicy food, or the feeling that you might spontaneously combust at any moment, the level 7 currywurst at Burgethotine is for you."

"The johannstadter ferry garden is a fixed size in summer. situated directly on the ferry on the elbwiesen we always ventilate at 35° in the shade. you sit under trees, pavillons or who likes in the sun and enjoys the view and ( hopefully) the society. the ideal spot for friends (with and without children). as in many beer gardens also applies here itself is the man/wife. To drink there is a selection of different beer (my favorite is the natural bee guss) and weep and naturally alcohol-free like limos, juices and water. no one has to starve at the grill and the frittenbude there is a selection of simple and inexpensive dressed and also knabbereien to the beer are included. Sometimes you have to stand up but it goes quite fast.In particular, the directly adjacent exit options for children- directly on the meadow or on the other side of the bike path are a playground in the form of a pirate bot. long because there is not and the elders can relax quite by the way.The sanitary facility is held in the style of a bunker and also at large level usable- easy but clean.In summary, the great location, cheap eating and drinking, is pure relaxation."
