"This place is EXCELLENT. The food is fantastic. The service is great. The setting is comfortable & inviting. We dined here last time we were in Surfers and made a point of returning. They were running a full rack of ribs special on the night we were there so naturally we oredered TWO full racks!! WOW! one Beef & one Pork, both were awesome. Having eyes bigger than our appetite, we could not fininsh them all but the staff happily prepped the remains for us to take with us (they did get finished!). I would highly reccommend Hurricanes, not only do they carry the name of the BEST Super Rugby team, they also prepare superb food. I will always dine here when in Surfers."

"The wife and I came here for dinner last night. This is a very small little pizza bar on Chevron Island but it's worth going too. Service was friendly and the food is great, I had the Calabrese pizza spicy and delicious, the wife had...the Conchiglioni pasta and she rated it very highly. As a bonus it's byo as well which is fantastic. You may need to book as the place is small and they have a loyal group of diners, but it's certainly worth a visit."

"Nice quiet pub for lunch, with cute little booths to eat inif you like, had the chicken schnitzel special for $6. What a bargin, catch was you had to buy a $5 side to go with it i chose chips, can't see how it...was $5 worth of chips but anyhow it was bloody delicious still cheap sooo.... Staff were friendly"
