"Never EVER go to this restaurant. My family and I waited almost an hour for our appetizer, and then never even received our entrees as the bartender never put it in despite writing it down. She must’ve been too busy socializing with her coworkers. They don’t offer any type of non alcoholic drinks other than virgin hurricanes which cost just as much as the alcoholic version($14) which was not disclosed to us until we saw the bill. The manager then proceeded to blame us for our food never arriving by saying we should have said something sooner. I didn’t realize it was the customers responsibility to manage food times and employees. This place is a disappointment, the staff are lazy and untrained and the manager is ineffective."

"I was sick at home unable to drive. My son order a pizza to be delivered to me around 2:30pm. At 5:00 pm I still did not have my pizza so I called the Gludstadt road Pizza Hut! The lady that answer the phone was really nice she told me that she was a new employee. I told them that I never received my order. Finally she apologize and told me that she would get a manager. Whoever that manager was she was d as rocks! She couldn’t find my order either I asked her if she could call the delivery person to see why I never received my order! She then stated the order wasn’t delivered because we put the store address in instead of our home address. I pulled up my account account and I saw my address and mind you we have never had this issue before and we use that pizza for years! I said, “Ma’am I am really sick and I can’t cancelled the order and drive there I had a chemo treatment and I caught Covid as well!” She said that I would have to cancel and return reorder the pizza to have the delivery guy delivery the pizza! This doesn’t make any sense at all. Why can’t you write my address on the ticket and bring me the pizza it is already paid for! She said no! And she was so rude! I said ma’am. Right now I really need some grace I am at your mercy, I’m at home I can not drive! Basically she curse me out and hung up the phone! No empathy at all! That’s when you can see a person true self when they feel like they are not at fault and you need them. She felt very justified being a p She hung up in my face when I kept calling back and dial from a different number I ask for the managers name the employee told me it was against Pizza huts policy to give out any names and she could tell the name of the manager on duty that day!!!! So I made sure that I did a review on this store! Friday June the 02, 2023! I tell everyone I know not to go to this Pizza Hut!!!"

"This restaurant offers Cajun style seafood boilers, but also Poke bowls, Sushi and some other Asian inspired stuff. We were mostly after the boilers, since only 2 restaurants in Madison area (to the best of our knowledge) offer such stuff, while Sushi and Poke are sold at every corner. Boilers were great no complaints. Appetizers not so, since most have french fries included nod to Americans who love their junk food; in my opinion menu could do without it, since french fries are also sold at every corner. Right now the place only serves to go (pandemic) I ordered over the phone while driving down there from Middleton, it was ready when I arrived; parking is scarce to non existent, as always the case downtown."

"Only reason I give a 1 is yhere is no options for a 0. Went in to order pizzas for the team. Had a 100 dollars to order 4 pizzas and the guy that really acted like I was bothering him stated oh a bill. You gonna have to spend half that at minimum subway thanks you for the business."
