"If I could go below a one star I would. I don 't understand the disrespect I get from the employees every Saturday when I go for my one big breakfast. Today was the day that sent me over the edge. Food took way to long to come out (for fast food service) which I didn 't mind because I don 't have anything to do Saturday morning. However the food is just tossed onto my table, no you 're welcome or anything. We go to get into the bag they put the food in, and my big breakfast (hotcakes) are literally what looked like they were thrown into the bag, eggs all over the bag, syrup packet popped open. The food comes in it 's own little container, which I don 't understand how something like this even happens. Anyhow, I went to the register, as no other customers were in line to address this issue. I 'm told by the employee with a disrespectful attitude they can help you over there . Meanwhile she 's to busy looking at her phone. Long story short, the service is horrible, no refill station for self service. The floors are left dirty, table 's disgusting. Food thrown around. I will no longer be going to this location. I will happily drive the extra ten minutes to go eat at the McDonald 's located at the mall."

"Even if it's with a bunch of camps it's really good. It is a cute little diner owned by Mrs. Kay and the workers there is very nice and the food is sooooo well found this place as a family member use to work in the area and he suggested it and it was better than expected for a diner in a storage area"

"On this day at this particular Burger King I first started out in the drive-thru the line was too long so I went inside the restaurant. I received no greeting from the manager whose name is Damien. I ordered my meal and requested no cheese, paid, and waited. While waiting for my food I asked where the sweet tea was and he pointed to the machine. He didn't acknowledge or ask if I could find it or needed any help. I asked for dipping sauces and he pointed to the placard behind the register stating thirty cents per sauce. Since I paid with my credit card I didn't want to waste time paying $0.30 for the sauce. I had to return back to the store because my Burger had two slabs of cheese on it and requested a refund after a slight argument with Damien. I feel as though being in the hospitality business these fast food restaurant employees need to be more hospitable then assuming you read all of the signs in the restaurant. Whatever happened to the customer's always right and having it your way at BK??? Not in the least bit of a hurry returning back to this restaurant.
