"This place is amazing! They were clearly super busy, I had to call like 3 times with my question! BUT when Nikki answered she was professional, sweet and informative. I had placed a door dash order from this Fazoli?s. When my order arrived, not only wasit super fresh and piping hot, it was sealed with my name on it : everything was in there (even the Parmesan packets I calledto ask for They even had partitions to separate the hot food from the cold food. My salad and my cheesecake were cold like theyjust came out the cooler. Terri Ann and kaitlin and Nikki are amazing and I will be ordering from this location many times inthe future. This is how a business is supposed to be ran thank you Southside Fazoli?s"

"Funny story: We were on the way to let our dog sleep (he is 15 years old and was sick) when we decided to stop for a last road trip hash brown since our tradition was for many years when we started our camping trips. As soon as we were pulled up to the car through the window, Howard immediately drove up and asked for his half of the hash brown. He dared his cock, seemed like a puppy, and we decided that we couldn't sleep him if he was suddenly so much better! I'm not sure which restorative powers are in a haybrown, but somehow he still feels great and our animal cracks in history. Thank you."

"Decided to try something new... been craving bagels but I usually don't eat them. If I'm going to have them, better be the best darn bagel in the area! Chatted up some nice people who are originally from New York as I was in line. They gave it their approval so... that speaks highly. I got a bada bing on a parmesan bagel and a godfather on everything. Hubby gets half of each, obviously???????????? Loves the downtown Lansing city view, no dine in at the moment so you wait at awindow and get to see our town! Shout-out to Mr. Leslie's Cheesecakes for stocking this spot. Snatched a banana creme for Hubby just because????"

"Per the Cowmunity's recommendations, I got the Naughty by Nature breakfast burrito. It comes with breakfast potatoes and is filled with tofu scramble, broccoli, roasted veggie sauce, avocado, Daiya cheese, and tater tots. It's covered in a mushroom gravy which I thought would be more like an imitation sausage gravy, but was still flavorful and tasty nonetheless! I wish the tofu scramble was a bit more flavorful and I really wish it had more avocado and tater tots (both were delicious! . Overall, it was very satisfying and filling like others said. I'll definitely visit here again to try another one of the items off their vegan menu or veganize a regular menu item!"
