"I love this place absolutely. Always come here after climbing. Super friendly staff and tasty house made delicious food. I always have their salad selection (some of them grown in their garden) with a sausage roll. Your sausage rolls are absolutely delicious. I'd say it's usually vegan. And they make great cakes. Definitely recommend!"

"A great addition to lordship lane and refreshing in a series of possibilities; light and welcoming, relatiw spacious, a varied menu that meets all our tastes and good service. originally we were the first table for Sunday breakfast, but it soon filled a lot of groups, couples and single persons. the breakfast included eggs on sourded with maic and suac (and the obligatory william rose pork and lauchworst on the side! a childergranola, caphurt and honey (again with a sausage on the side!! a child's cube on acidic teig with bean and a grown-up ruche on acidic teig with the sides of the strea! (the coffee is also very good. I would highly recommend this could easily become a regular family eating experience!"

"This is a review for the vegan fish and chips from optional vegan menu. Good value for money. The fish is made from banana blossom, the flower of the banana plant. It’s a more healthy option than processed fake meat which you may find elsewhere. Banana blossom has a natural flaky texture. It’s just like an artichoke heart in its flavour and texture. Any seafood flavour is added through marinating. I personally think they could have added more of a seafood flavour as it was quite subtle. The chunky chips were good. Decor is like a retro fish and chip shop. A rare bread these days."

"As far as new openings go, Mr Bao was quite heavily anticipated by foodies and non-foodies alike. But I guess that’s a sign of just how deep these little fluffy steamed buns have penetrated our psyche such that anything carrying the word ‘bao’ immediately grabs our attention. That it has happened in gentrifying Peckham is a sign of the times – the trendsetters are here and here to stay."
