"Lovely quaint spot for a hot dog or sausage. Staff were kind, and the polish sausages were a great late night snack. The special sauce is sweet and tangy highly recommend!"

"Uncomfortably quiet as soon as you walk in. Everyone just stared at us.. my daughter and I order the one with deep fried chicken pieces on it.. well we were served day old chicken, drowned in so much sauce and liquid I poured half out in the parking lot. So when we came back to ask for different chicken or maybe remake the order we were told all the chicken looks like this.. day old!? Hmm.. well they unhappily remade our order while they talked bad about us the entire time.. little Asian boy and curly haired kid from the back.. maybe YOU would lie to get free food but not us, kids, not us. Come correct next time. ? and to the gentleman who remade the order no questions or arguments, thank you! Cupbob is so lucky to have you!"

"The service is very good. You drink about a quarter of your drink and they will refill it really quick and when you are done they will clear the plates as soon as you are done. It's pretty reasonable price the food was very good."

"First off it was deader than dead there. My mother got rolled tacos which was just crunchy tortillas covered in lettuce cheese and guac. The meat was undetectable. I got street tacos, half chicken half carne asada. The meat was so dry it was CRUNCHY. I tried drowning it in salsa with no luck, I then asked for a side of sour cream to which I thought the cashier said 80 cents ... handed her my card and later looked and saw I was charged $1.80 for a tiny 1/2oz HALF filled container of sour cream. I could have bought a whole 16oz tub at Walmart for that price. I wont be going back."

"DON'T GO. Food was good, but the staff obviously is only concerned with money not customer satisfaction. We were having a quiet meal. The staff sat two ladies next to us. They slammed their cups on the table and talked at the top of their voices. I quietly asked them to hold down the noise, they got louder. All the time the staff watched and did nothing. I asked for the staff to move the ladies and the staff couldn't understand the problem. When i got upset, they asked me to be quiet and the ladies continued to get nosier and nosier and the staff, not even once asked the ladies to be quiet. Not a good place if you want a peaceful meal. My family and I will never go back!!"

"Sagato threw me for a run! I went with an assumption that it was just another bakery and cafe, but was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of foods to choose from! And really high-quality ingredients region source, great portions at great prices. The team at work was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Loved the works of art and furniture. They had postcards and cups, etc. I ordered two fish and chips. Each piece of snap was about a hand and half a length! Unique taste, solid and very fillable. They had items of meat cake, sausage rolls, for fishing to strawberry shortcakes. We had a meeting with our friends at Sagato Bakery Café and it went smooth! I liked the music. I need it quickly and easily in front of the highway."
