"We expected a lot of this promise of good regional products cooked with wood fire, maybe too much. We loved: the raw material, especially meat parts. good product, good cooking, good seasoning - the smile and the kindness of the guests we have less loved: the promiscuity between the tables- the prices of the desserts - the accompaniment of the meats: the addition of the salad and a few slices of tomatoes, without seasoning and without taste gives the image of a plate of restaurant to tourists, which is in total contradiction with the central part of the meat, the plate would be better without this or with just one or two half-tomates cooked with wood fire.- the wait was long between the dish and the dessert. She was more reasonable before the dish."
