"Always check your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE the drive thru!!! Most times they are wrong. And when you go back not once but twice through the drive thru to let them know its wrong again there will be 2 or 3 staff standing there scratching their heads. Then they have the audacity to argue with you about your order. There are 2 people in the car, we know what we ordered. Bad service, no people skills and they just stand around and talk to each other about what they are doing for the weekend. This place seriously needs a IN Service on how to treat customers and how to fix an order on the till when they screw it up."

"Amazing bakery in town, and it's known! Some of their stuff sell out before closing so make sure to get in as soon as you can. There's so much variety in baked goods and desserts but some of my favourites have to be the donuts (glazed apple fritter). Guaranteed you won't just want one! They also have great sandwiches for lunch, and a variety of other savoury baked goods. Service is friendly and efficient."

"Read about this hidden gem on Facebook and we decided to give it a go ... Buffet on Sunday runs from 11-2 ... Being that it was 1pm when we went, we had some concerns about freshness .... We need not have worried ... rare piece of roast beef was carved for us .... This accompanied with Yorkshire pudding and vegetables.... Eggs made to order are part of the buffet including eggs benny with homemade hollandaise .... There was a good selection of salads including fruit, french toast pancakes, bacon, sausage.... The desserts at the bar are all made from scratch and delicious .... You can order from the menu if the buffet isn't your thing ... Good value great food, friendly service... What more can you ask for ..."

"The quality and portions used to be so great, not any more. The last two times I ordered pizzas the dough was raw. The first time I picked up the order myself, when we went to eat it I figured 'just let it go ' thinking they were just training a new cook. But this second time I was quite unhappy so I decided the next day to call the manager and get a refund. I was told I could get a credit (I don 't want a credit I want my money back) then I was told that I waited too long and a different manager had been on shift, the current manager didn 't know where to find the receipt. I said no problem I have one stapled to the box of pizza that you can take back and I also have the payment printout with date and time because I used my card. More stonewalling from the manager as I was told nothing could be done for a couple of days because I didn 't phone and complain right away. No problem, I 'm going to go get my money back, share my experience with anyone who will listen and take my business elsewhere. ?"

"Friends in Victoria suggested this as a good place to have dinner. What an understatement! The Candied Salmon Chowder was one of the best chowders I have ever had and I have ordered such chowders from coast to coast in Canada and all over Europe, Asia and Australia. This was the best. We even timed our return from Tofino to enjoy another bowl! The crowning achievement was the Seafood Hot Pot. It was the best seafood entrée I have ever had anywhere. The service was fast, friendly and we had an opportunity to speak to one of the owners. The only disappointment was the lack of people there for supper. We were assured that there was a substantial lunch crowd which we confirmed on our return four days later."

"Neede a quick meal while on the road. This place did not disappoint. Inexpensive, fast service and tasty Mexican food. Four of us ate from pork quesadilla, chicken burrito, fish taco's and gluten free fish taco. Flavour good, sauces were good and the guacamole had nice bite to it. Would recommend. Didn't try the chicken, heard it was good......next for sure. Only issue was the bathrooms need an overhaul...they smell."
