"Visited for a light lunch and found service to be outstanding could not have been more helpful or accommodating for someone who had recently had a hip replacement. Food was excellent and coffee to finish was piping hot. Will definitely return."

"My partner and I were given an early Christmas present of afternoon tea at Folk on Tuesday afternoon, how lucky were we!! We were seated at the bottom of the new extension, in a booth, which felt very exclusive. The cafe was buzzing, and the whole place was so festive, even down to an elf serving the afternoon tea! Now onto the food I've eaten a lot of afternoon teas in my time and this was up there with the best of them, everything was freshly prepared and all the cakes were made in house. No dainty finger sandwiches in Folk, proper sandwiches with lots of delicious fillings, and the bonus of additional savoury treats, homemade scotch egg and sausage rolls. The scones were amazing as was the homemade jam that went with them. By this point we were full and couldn't manage the cakes but the very friendly elf boxed them up for us to take home, so we were able to enjoy them later on. Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys an afternoon tea to book one, you won't be disappointed."

"The service was really bad here. When we arrived there were several unoccupied tables outside that hadn’t been cleared from the previous customers. We decided to do it ourselves. We then ordered our drinks at the counter and went outside. It took a really long time for the drinks to arrive and the waitress practically slammed them onto the table spilling the coffee out onto the saucer. She was really miserable as well. There was a missing drink so we had to go back inside to chase that up. Eventually the final drink came out and we were told that it was our fault for ordering a difficult order (a small group each with a different drink). Additionally the coffee tasted like the beans had been over roasted. Bad coffee, grumpy service, didn’t bring out the entire order. Maybe it wasn’t all the fault of the individuals working. There were only 2 staff on so maybe the management should be blamed for understaffing the cafe."

"This pub is horrendous, and i’m not being a karen. The owner is extremely rude and aggressive for no reason, left me and my friends feeling all very uncomfortable, kicked me out for not buying an alcoholic drink even though i was driving? Will never go back again. I was very polite to her and she was just angry for no reason, they need to get rid of her fr. do not go here if you don’t want your night to be ruined!"

"Book them for lunch online at the beginning of the week for today on the trip to norwich from home. excellent covid control by the device. clear and courteous consulting of all employees, that is quite clear throughout the team well drilled. the lunch was fantastic, the mixed seafood grill and cod and chips were first class. I tried her big earl malbec, it was delicious. I can't blame this restaurant in any way. keep the fantastic work thank you and be sure. Oh, are they open for breakfast Monday morning on our return handle?"

"The Costa outlet in the Bury street café Edmunds Tesco is a convenient place to take a break from weekly shopping. Although they are not large, it still offers a sitting and something hot before returning to the halls. I had a chai, which was well prepared, and the service was fast. The dining room was clean, and the show was well back. The atmosphere is, as one could expect from a cafeteria, supermarket, but, in general, good for what it is."
