"The owner is rude and arrogant. Staff is young and rude. I wouldn't support a small business when the customers are generally disrespected. I think the food and drinks are good but the other part of the business makes it not worth it. Plenty of other places to go and be apricated. Service: 1"

"Sooo… my wife got what looks like a meat lovers called “meat market”. The toppings are pepperoni, sausage meatballs layered with mozzarella, pecorino romano and chunky tomato sauce. Flavor: spicy, flavorful, bursting with tomato sauce Crust: thin, crispy, irregular circle shape Meat: cooked well, size ranges from sliced pepperoni, meatball chunks to large slices of sausages. I’m conflicted if I like it or not. If my wife were reviewing it, she’d probably give 5 as it’s a “fancy” . Me? I’m confused as to why there is pizza sauce under the cheese and on TOP of the meat in globs. These globs were then targeted with the pecorino Romano to give it a pinch of sharp flavor. Maybe I’m not used to fancy pizzas such as the margarita pizzas where the pizza is more of a piece of art with character. "

"My wife and I moved to Sturbridge recently and happened to stumble on this absolute gem. The owner and her husband are wonderful people. She told me the history of the Kolache and how she wanted to bring this Czech treat turned Texas staple to back to Massachusetts. The Kolaches were amazing. We had the spinach and feta, chicken bacon ranch, and mango pork habanero as well as some dessert kolaches. Great food and great people!"

"I spent a lot of money for the hot tub room . The hot tubs jets are pathetic and half are clogged . They offer a heated indoor pool (its very cold and an outside non heated pool. The outside pool area was very pretty tho. They advertise a indoor Jacuzzi even though it 's been closed for your safety for two years now but not updated on their site ... very disappointing. The room itself was clean and large . The phone did not call out even when dialing 9 first (as we were told . The couch is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever in my life sat on. The bed is terribly uncomfortable as well . The fireplace did not work which is part of why we chose this room . I would never spend $200 for one night here ever again so disappointed"
