"At no point was told that the restaurant serves only a buffet. We expected that we would order the menu. Buffet food was terrible. Pasta tasted burned. The French toast was dry and hard. Eggs were dry. The only good part was our server. Very disappointing meal for all 4 of us."

"Loyal Phoebe's Diner for many years! Always excellent food, good service. The main dining room can be very loud when the place is busy (brick walls, no carpets), but the smaller side areas are always pleasant as the salon area."

"Went for an outing with my dad and sister for a special meal after visiting our late mother/ wife. Nostalgic as she loved it there and we had a few meals as a family there. It was lunch time on a Saturday, so very busy and had a wait to be seated. Food took awhile to come out as well, but the server was excellent about refills. When food came, it was hot and excellent quality. I chose the heart attack . Sausage gravy was tasty, eggs made the way I ordered. All on shredded home fries...a nice touch. My sister was happy with her grilled chicken, and dad loved his burger (that 's his go to . Definitely won 't wait so long to come back next time! Highly recommend."

"Excellent Italian food with wide menu choices for those who want meat or fish without sauce. The outside area was lovely and quite large. Everyone loved their main meal and we all ordered differently (4 adults, 1 toddler who ate some of her order regular menu, 1 baby). Drinks were all good choices (old fashion, sangria 1 other mixed drink). Desserts were yummy. They have no problem if you want to share desserts. Try to make reservations as it is very popular for special occasions and a nice meal out. Beware. They have a very small parking lot so you may need to park on the street."

"My husband and I went down to Joey's this afternoon. Our son gave us a gift certificate for Christmas and we wanted to save it for a special occasion that was my birthday today. What a delicious meal we had. We both love deeply fried Calamari, so we ordered this and our waitress Jeanna recommendation from Calamari Steak. Needless to say, the deep fried Calamari came home with us. We had chicken parm and it was delicious. I make my homemade spaghetti sauce and when I go out and find one that I as well as my own I know it is absolutely wonderful. Her house wine was also lovely. This will not be the last time we go to this restaurant and I will continue to rave on how good it was for everyone who wants to listen. Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience. We are here"
