"I have therefore had great hopes for the improvements of the former Mr. Sir harrys, as I had before. at the inspection I was beaten to see that there was a fish eyeball in the pickled onion crug. I was ready. letting this slide so that I breathed deeply and decided to put my proud side and order. I asked for good fish and chips. I waited about 20 minutes to be served. When I took my lunch, I asked what that was waiting for. mr. osborn jumped over the counter and struck my head. he said stings, not it, and then he smashed me through the glass and said and stay out i will never return!"

"I ordered food for the children which came with drink and sauce of your choice. When food arrived there were no sauce no drinks. I rang up to tell them the guy on the phone didn't speak English very well so put some one else...who works there on the phone. I explain drinks and Sauce were missing and he basically called me a liar saying he put them in his self and no way were they missing. I explained I wouldn't lie about a few drinks and I was only calling as the children were upset about not having the drinks. He just passed me straight back to the first guy who wasn't good with his English. They didn't turn back up with the missing items. Dmfood is over priced and customer service is shocking. I will not be ordering from there again!!!"

"This restaurant is obviously very popular and was almost filled to capacity in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. The meal I had was acceptable, however the waiting staff seemed to lack any direction or supervision. At times a large number of the waiters/waitresses stayed...behind a counter and did not circulate to service the customers. After I was served my meal on the table heater, I had to stop a member of staff to ask for a plate to eat my meal from!"

"Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy."

"We recently moved to the area and saw the great reviews on travel advisers, so we booked a table as a special opportunity to celebrate the women's birthdays that both appeared. Unfortunately we were so disappointed. We booked a table for 4 people at 8 a.m. and arrived 10 minutes early. We said the table was not ready and was asked to drink a drink at the bar while the table was prepared. After 15 minutes of waiting, we asked with the manager if the table was ready, and he said a few more minutes. After another 10 minutes we asked the manager again and he said he can't force people to leave the table if they weren't ready. In fact, he was rather rude and abrupt and did not apologize. At 08:25 we suggested that we had enough to wait a round and wanted to go and suddenly our table was ready. Once we were asked if we wanted more drinks and then our order was taken. No offer was made for a round of drinks on the house to be waited. Our starters arrived within 20 minutes and immediately followed by our main courses. Three of the party ordered steaks. The steak was blande and the peppercorn sauce was without peppercorns. During one of the table staff the plates she asked if everything was fine with meals, we mentioned the tasteless steaks and sauce and we were rudely said we had mentioned something at the beginning. The young lady who presented us with the bill was very pleasant and polite the manager should take a leaf out of her book. Unfortunately, we will never return to this facility again."
