"So I'm working on call and I have half hour to spare and I'm hungry so I see this fish and chip shop quick solution so I thought not so quick after all.so out of my half hour I waited nearly 20 mins just for...a tray of chips in the end I ended up walking out.the lady on the counter was slower than a snail and the fish fryer needed to get a personality transplant.looked like she had been slapped by one of her own fish.no sorts to the 7 people why it was taking so long.a woman had a big order for kids meal and all that so what did the fish fryer do.just stood there watching the other lady struggle and still not frying anything.ive been in here a couple of times and every time these two lady's are on it's a waiting game.scrap the staff and get more cheerful ones in who are willing to have a conversation with ya while your waiting.can safely say won't be going back here again.never been so disappointed in customer service as I was when I went in Tonight dreadful awful"
