"Solid, old-school, no-frills Chinese restaurant that has been around for decades. Reasonable prices, good portion sizes and good food, I would always be happy to come here. I highly recommend the bbq spare ribs and the crispy shrimp and scallop special."

"Overall, the experience was fine. The staff was very nice, but the food was okay and the drinks were very weak. We chose to do the bottomless brunch option, which was a good deal, but was overall not very underwhelming."

"Food was AMAZING! Ambiance is cozy and selection of wines is good too! But they overall could use a lesson or two on hospitality… I went with a friend, two of us, had called 2 hours prior to reserve and they said yes but when I showed up they said it had been a mistake and they had tried calling (but we were getting massages and missed the call Anyways, they improvise a table in the corner of the restaurant and get us seated after couple of minutes waiting… I look at the menu, choose two appetizers and a bottle of white wine to start and 20 minutes after ordering the server finally comes back and when I try the wine I realize it’s very, very hot (they forgot to put it on the fridge and even though I love this particular bottle I had to reject it and choose something else because (they didn’t know it yet but I had already planned 2 other courses (pasta and meat and I wanted to enjoy them with another bottle (red of course a beautiful Amarone I had already chosen I tell the server to bring me a different wine, this time is perfect so I take it and then when she goes to the manager to tell him the situation he blows up at her, gives her a very bad attitude and turns noticeably frustrated and annoyed… Right after he comes at our table, with a passive aggressive attitude and a piece of paper and a pen and ask me: Ok, what do you want? (Like if we were confused or we had caused the issue on the first place Listen Sir, couple of notes: 1.If you take a reservation by mistake (you deal with it and cover up your error and you train you host staff better for the future 2.You never give back attitude to the guest (unless they are total asholes of course 3.You never scream like that at your staff and even less in front of guests (mistakes are always going to happen when you are working with “people” and for “people” 4.If the house makes a mistake (like not putting a beauty like that Roero Arneis from Mr.Giacosa himself in the fridge then the house should try to mend it (not give bad attitude to the guest instead 5.Teach your staff to be honest with the guests, there’s nothing wrong with saying: “apologies but the wine you ordered is not in the right temperature, would you like us to chill it and serve it in a bit or would you prefer something else?” If I was told that yesterday I wouldnt had even left that poor server girl open that bottle and would choose something else. You never know who you are serving, I’ve been a decade in this industry and love it with all my heart! Im AGM of a Michelin starred restaurantIm a foodie and a Somm! I like to enjoy 3-5 courses when I go out, I love great food as much as I love great service, Im a good customer and an excellent tipper because I enjoy this industry on both sides… All you are missing is authentic warm hospitality and you’ll have a perfect place I hope this helps, will come back."

"As soon as we walked out of our hotel, this was the first restaurant that looked clean with ac so we helped ourselves to the door. The food was ok but was prepared well. My husband ordered the steak and eggs, he wasn 't too pleased. Our kids had pancake, fruit, and steak and eggs. They enjoyed the food. We are a family of 6. The manager Bobby walked around our table the entire time which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. I 'm sure it was because of our children, who were well-behaved. He should have been excited to see such a big family dine at his nearly empty restaurant in busy NYC on Saturday lunch time. Nevertheless, Myerna helped us and she was pleasant."

"They change their menu every season (four times a year) and we were told the chef refuses to reuse any protein dish, which means even repeat diners will get to experience something different every time they visit. We had the summer menu of the year at the chef’s counter and the it was wonderful from start to finish. The space is very intimate and the servers are all so friendly. They love to stop by and chat while you enjoy your meal. All of the them sounded like such big foodies! They showed a notable passion for the dishes they presented and they gushed over the flavors with me. The star of the show was the sea cucumber dish. I think it was the general consensus around the table, too. I’m not a fan of sea cucumber, but that dish made me change my mind! I also loved the pine milk dish very much. I thought the dessert was the most forgettable dish and I wish they did something a little bit more with it. They gave a good amount of food and I was very full by the end! You get to choose your own chopsticks at the very beginning which I thought was a very personable touch. You also get a card for every dish which lists all of the ingredients on it. That was clutch for someone like me who always forgets what the server said the dish was as soon as they walk away. Side note: The team behind Atoboy and Atomix are opening another restaurant this summer 2022 called Naro. The only information they gave us was that it will be located at the Rockefeller Center at rink level. With how successful their other two restaurants have been, I’m sure there is a lot of anticipation for the grand opening!"

"The food was excellent! The starter portions were a little smaller than expected but the main dishes were very filling. The staff and atmosphere was awesome! Definitely recommend it!"
