"The strangest setup in a restaurant, but it works. Been going here for 25ish years or more, since I was a kid. This is the most reasonably priced seafood around. Food is always good and there is quite a large menu. I don't mind that our food doesn't necessarily come out at the same time (from both sides), but some people might. Steamed shrimp are always perfection. Black bottom cupcakes and nutty buddies are the best staple desserts. The crackers were pretty stale. It can get congested and gives me a little bit of anxiety when it's packed, and the parking isn't wonderful, but they have renovated and added tables over the years. It's a unique place that should end up on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives one day!"

"This was my absolute favorite poke spot up until a few months ago. They used to have the best spicy salmon with nice sized chunks of fish. It seems that recently they changed the recipe and the spicy salmon was just ground up mush. Please bring back the old style of salmon!"

"Reasonable prices and delicious quality fish! If you are new to sushi, this is especially a great place to try out. It is simply delicious and gives you a good idea of what sushi is about without all the frills of modern sushi restaurants nowadays. The fish will literally MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! Any of the set menus are great and have a variety of fish. Nigiri, edamame, sashimi, and handrolls are included in all of them. I definitely recommend getting the regular TRUST ME to get the best value. Ask to switch out the hirame for the bay scallops if you can :"

"It?s my fifth time in this restaurant and I?m taking one star back. Service is top notch. The cocktails are amazing especially the Moracuya. The grilled octopus and oysters were delicious The tacos ahogados and seared scallops entree are under seasoned. The tres leches carrot cake and guava cheesecake are the best part of the meal."
