"We ordered from SkipTheDishes and took so long to confirm order. Skip the dishes couldn't reach them and called me to see if I wanted to wait 5 more minutes or cancel. I chose to wait because we wanted to try this new restaurant and were excited. Finally the order was confirmed and delivered. Delivery was fast. The food.....not impressed! Fettuccini Alfredo: noodles were way over cooked and gummy. Not enough sauce. I could only eat about 5 bites and threw it out. Wasted $18. Lasagna: husband said it tasted like it was one of the frozen kinds you buy at Safeway but ate it anyway. Not worth the $22. Portions were tiny for the exorbitant prices. If you're going to charge that much for food, you better make sure it's good! I totally regret not canceling my order. Update. We received a full refund. Thanks."

"The first time at il capo and I must say that I was first blown away from the service and the food certainly were not disappointed, but the love for the detail was ace. nothing was too much effort and every cure was a dream so much so that we booked the same time next week again. everything was great, but tommy the waiter was nothing less than the best I've seen for a long time."

"It was our daughters 30th birthday treat , but what a let down . On the whole the food was good , 5 starters and 6 mains , the breaded chicken though was like a piece of leather in breadcrumbs , the other 5 were good . Then we were informed that they needed the table in 15 mins ! So no time for a dessert , then the bill came with 2 totals 1 with 10% service charge and 1 without . We wouldn't have had 6 desserts but probably 3 at least , so on the whole they've lost at least another £50 and customer's for good as we won't be back !"
