"Haven't been here in awhile. I was disappointed. I ordered a $20 salad which was so underwhelming. The calamari $20) was just so-so. My husband enjoyed his chicken parm $37) which included a very nice pasta although the red sauce was a bit sweet. The salmon $37) our friend was served looked okay although she left a sizable portion on her plate. The side of broccoli rabe $15) was delicious but a very small portion. The small slice of lemon cheesecake $14) was amazing. The cocktails were nice. Other dishes were really just okay. And as we finished dinner we noticed lovely rolls/biscuits being served to other tables. Our server did not provide those to us. Bummer. They looked yummy. The room we sat in was very comfortable and the service was very pleasant. But overall for the price it was a below average meal."

"This past Tuesday was our second visit to Pascal and Sabine. The food was again excellent. The service was efficient (although see comment below). However, I have two issues one minor and one major. The minor issue is that the menu is nearly identical to what it was two years ago. A few new items and/or interesting specials are needed at this point. The major issue arose when we were presented the check at the end of the meal. A $17 charge was added for bottled water. We never ordered bottled water. In fact, our waitress only asked if we wanted water for the table. We never saw a bottle of water during the meal (our water glasses were refilled by a bus girl from a metal pitcher). Padding the bill (which was nearly $200 for three diners) with unauthorized charges is clearly a bad practice for any restaurant (not to mention illegal under the Consumer Fraud Act). Normally I would have questioned such a charge before paying the check; however, we were celebrating a birthday and I didn 't want to ruin the evening by getting into a dispute with the waitress over the check. Perhaps it was an innocent mistake; perhaps not. Even if we had ordered bottled water, $17 is pretty high. Not sure if I will visit Pascal and Sabine again or recommend it to anyone."

"They served my GF and I raw steak. We sent it back. Instead of cooking us a new steak, they cooked the raw one into leather and re-served it. We sent it back a second time. They offered no form of a refund. Never coming back. In all fairness, its really a place to order a hamburger, fries which are amazing) and cocktails very good). But I do think it's overrated."

"One of the most unforgettable meals I had, everything from food, ambience and service was perfect. Probably one of the best steak teas I had and the duck was so tasteful. Our server Jenna was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable in the menu. DONT SKIP DESSERT! My partner and I have the pine nut tart and it was the perfect dish to finish the night. Portions were great and the price for an amazing dinner was very worth."

"A decent spot to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. The bar staff last we were there were excellent even though clearly understaffed (or at least when we were there). Haven’t eaten there since summer’21 but everyone enjoyed their food last time we were there- it was a good dinner spot for a big group before a show at the stone pony. It’s a bit on the pricey side but so are most of the bar/restaurants on the boardwalk."
