"We found the food and service not to be very good. We got takeout there a couple of times. Each time they got the order wrong. Once we ordered a grilled chicken salad and there was no chicken. There are better options in Georgetown"

"What a pleasure! The creative menu almost defies classification, “American” is about as close as you can get. The appetizer menu really shines, the tuna tartare mini-burgers almost melted in my mouth, for a odd-ball but enjoyable change of pace the watermelon soup really caught my attention. The menu skewed a little towards sea-food, but fortunately it was all excellent. My King Salmon was perfectly prepared and went excellently with the balled melons. I also tried and was very pleased with the White Trout and Scallops. The veal was not for me (though the accompanying sweetbread was excellent). Service was excellent, even though we showed up during quite a hectic Restaurant Week rush. Alcohol prices were perhaps slightly undeservedly at the high end for DC though. Overall highly recommended."

"If you are a brown Latino, do not stay here, because there will be a VERY DIFFERENT treatment, by waiters and cleaning staff.There are many complaints, first I want to thank the people at the reception, EXCEPT THE LAST ONE was extremely rude, July 21, 2023, morning shift, short hair, she questioned EVERYTHING but well, thanks to the cleaning manager and the restaurant manager for helping us.RESTAURANT:Every morning the service was decent, but at night, they denied us service, 4 people went to dinner, we ordered two desserts, a salad, 5 glasses of wine and a Gin Tonic, the annoyed waiter told us: YOU COME HERE TO HAVE DINNER IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE DINNER, GO OUT TO THE LOBBY , after he reluctantly took our plates away, 10 minutes before 9, he told us that THE BAR CLOSED at 9 RA RESTAURANT AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO SELL US ALCOHOL, to measure surprise, 5 men entered at 9:15, they looked for chairs to sit them down and they began to sell them alcohol. Clearly that was a direct attack on us.ROOM:They did not vacuum ANY DAY!!!, they did not leave us hand cream more than the first day, they did not take out the garbage from the room and they DID NOT WASH THE WC! Almost daily I went down to claim that the cleaning was poorly done, one day before we left the very friendly manager came up and said that they would reimburse us for the cleaning fee.UPDATE: They didn 't honor their promise to waive cleaning fees DESPITE NEVER VACUUMING AND WASHING THE BATHROOM, among other things. I withdraw all thanks to the staff, apparently it is a racist and discriminatory hotel.Honestly, the treatment is very ugly for Latino people, nothing like this has ever happened to me in any hotel in any other country that I have been in ?.They are not giving us anything, we paid for the rooms and left what was indicated as a tip.Rooms: No limpiaron bien.Food drinks: Ricas pero el servicio es PÉSIMO"
