"Tried to get a table for 2 on a Friday night at 6pm.We were turned away as they said the restaurant was fully booked.We noticed all the tables had reserved on them but there was no one seated at them.As we have been here before,we...know you can get a good meal and be back out the door under the hour.You can't tell me all the people were going to turn up before 7pm.Next time I might suggest they be a bit proactive and maybe keep a table or two open for walk ins or potential double sittings."

"Had heard about this restaurant and went tonight for my birthday. It was packed. Yes for a suburban restaurant one might consider it expensive, but our two courses plus two drinks cost $152. In my view you get what you pay for. The servings were...more than generous. Pate, mussels, beef and lamb cooked to perfection. Mains came with green beans and beautifully crisp potatoes. The service was excellent, and the owner came to ask if we were happy before we left. Yes! We were very happy, and will be back again, and again, and again."
