"Let me begin by saying we went on homecoming night and expected the restaurant to be busy… We called ahead just to see what the wait would be because we had 4 children all under the age of 4. They told us absolutely no wait… which was weird because it was homecoming but what do I know? I don’t work there lol so we took their word for it… we sat at hibachi at 7:30 and wasn’t informed until 8 that there was no available cook for us until 8:45. The server then proceeds to tell us she hated her job and walked away… the manager said this was NORMAL for hibachi! No mam! 30 to 45 minute wait maybe… but not a hour and fifteen minutes. All the babies were screaming crying by the time we left and only 2 people at our table got what we ordered. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO THIS HELL OF A RESTAURANT."
