"Extremely bad customer support! 1. staffed on reservation she has not the 3 girls who were there first, insisted that she supported us because we 12...sympre nga naman mas marami kmi ioorder..mas kikita sa min. the 3 girls are disappointed. 2. orders took so...damn minutes before it arrives. our order came after 45 minutes. we ordered Pinakbet. it came after eating. So they decide to cancel it. water also serves after several journeys. we also ordered bark that tastes like stone. I don't recommend that. 3. they come our bill, they have accused us of pinakbet and chorizo. Where did it come from? we didn't order this.. each after several, they got us the last bill.. after 10-15 minutes! 4. I paid in credit card, and they forgot to carry the card in bill if they give me the copy of my receipt. Of course, as we are already pissed off with the food and service, we want to leave the place immediately. the children were also in vain to leave the place. my fault, I didn't check if my card was with me. but of course, if I saw it in the jacket, I will get it absolutely. lection learned: dont eat in kuya j molino industry. will not recommend this with my friends. I will also post this in fb so that people are aware and are being saved from annoying."
