"For as long as I can remember,Mama Ria's has been delivering the traditional hamburgers, fish and chips and pizzas to customer from its premises in the Canberra suburb of Holt. Through a number of owners the quality of food has been maintained so that the reputation of Mamas is widely known almost to legend status. Long before the trendy gourmet hamburgers being peddled by ultra trendy places outlets in caravans and other strange places, Mamas was delivering well prepared and cooked food that satisfied and drew repeat orders. So good. In fact, I think I might have another Mamas meal tonight. I know I won't be disappointed."

"Ordered $100 worth of food from doordash. It was borderline inedible. If the yum cha selection was fresh it would've been amazing but it wasnt and everything tasted the same except had a different texture, the BBQ pork noodles had almost no pork and all you could taste was salt. Very disappointing."

"I just had the most Appalling experience I have ever had from the hospitality industry at this restaurant.I asked for an apple and cinnamon muffin, takeaway. I was handed a paper bag allegedly containing the purchased muffin. Sadly I did not feel the need to check the contents. On returning home I discovered that the muffin was burnt to black.Why would anyone do such a thing except out of plain spite. I hope the perpetrator is sacked.The place has certainly gone downhill in the decades we've been going there. That's the last straw.By the way i will justify the score of ONE on the basis that the coffee was excellent. My wife, recovering from a car accident and the discoverer of the burnt muffin at least enjoyed the coffee.Absolutely appalling"
