"Absolute care in cooking and presentation make this well worth the stop. My only comment is that as a sole operator, response time is a bit slow but the taste is really great!"

"Was very disappointing! The pizza came out pretty much not cooked, with only a thin slither of meat on each piece, Garlic bread came out after the pizza and was so burnt that it was not edible. The staff weren't very friendly and clearly did not want to be there. We seen at the end a sign at the counter that said the wood fired oven is currently not operating. No one told us this so might be an idea in future to tell the staff to let customers know before you end up with so many bad reviews that you lose all your business. From reviews I've seen a while back this place used to be good."

"I was in town for a few nights before I came across this place. I almost walked past when a very friendly staff member saw me and asked if I was after dinner. I'm glad she did as the meal I ordered (Scotch fillet) was fantastic. It was a simple dish but each element was done with a small twist, ie the fries were large, hand-cut with a really good choice of sauces. The decor is great, I choose the outdoor area, which was comfortable. Wait time was minimal and the staff really friendly. I will be back next time I'm in Picton."

"Great accommodation, just minutes from the ferry terminal and very easy walk into town for bars, eateries, shops, waterfront and Saturday market. Reception was very helpful with our late arrival. We had a great view from the balcony into the Sounds. Would stay here again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"
