"Wholeheartedly deserves all three of its Michelin stars. Unlike other restaurants of this caliber that I have visited the restaurant at Meadowood focuses on presenting ingredients in their whole and nearly complete form. The creativity and effort that goes into each dish is stunning. Service operated like a highly coordinated and well-oiled machine. The parking can be a bit difficult if there is another event like a wedding taking place at the same time. Plus tax and tip a bit over $700 makes this a place that I will only visit once every decade or so but I'm glad that I came."

"Memorable dinner in Napa. It?s been on our to-visit list for a while so made a reservation for our mini honeymoon in Napa. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly, they removed even a small dust from the table. They prepared the perfect couple seating where we could see the whole interior at a glance ? everything was delicious but truffle risotto was my abs fave. Their desserts are gorgeous: get olive oil chocolate moose!"

"In the past, we have thoroughly enjoyed Charter Oak, but this time, we found the food to be too oily and just not up to the level it has been before. Granted, the place was packed with patrons and the kitchen was likely slammed, but this is Napa Valley, and these sorts of things can't affect restaurant's product. We will return … hopefully, this was an isolated incident."
