"Great place. I always try to visit when I'm from Atlanta. Great fresh fish, everything is always good. Besides their hours, they work under many grandfather laws, so maybe they close it early. So, call before you move, but if they're open, it's worth the trip."

"Nice lunch right by the river, literally. I haven't been here for a few years, but I'm glad I'm back. Retired, casual vibe. decent cocktails and food. Not exceptional, but good. Cocktails to begin, they were good, not too strong, but adequately cast and well made. We had a cup of shells, hot and very tasty. Then for the Entree we shared a captain's plate, which was very good and served hot directly from the frit. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the dough light and crisp. Fries and vegetables were standard and not worth mentioning. Our waitress was exceptional, professional, fast, very pleasant and seemed really happy there. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. We were happy with our lunch on the water. We'll be back sooner."

"BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Being from the island myself I should've known the food wasn't going to taste authentic when I walked in and it was white folks cooking. This place was horrible. I'm guessing all the 5 star reviews they received were from white folks who are used to eating bland and unseasoned food. My lady and I were the only people of color there. If you are looking for real authentic Jamaican food this is not the place. My goodness this was a waste of my $70. I had the snapper and rice and beans...my lady had the curry shrimp. Neither dish was seasoned. The rice was too soft because they used too much water. Might as well call it mash potatoes. Don't waste your time going here. You're better off going to the next shopping plaza to Vic's italian pizza. Real italians cooking authentic italian food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK."
