"As an elder couple, we arrived for a lunch reservation on Father's Day Sunday... We were warmly welcomed at the door and escorted to our table. Owing to excessive heat from the overhead air conditioning unit, we asked to move. Although the restaurant was near full, no problem. Attentive staff were comfortable with waiting for our order (we weren't in a hurry). Drinks brought promptly. Lovely meals followed, excellent service, thanked on exit... Recommended and likely to return another time "

"Have been a few times and we know meals can sometimes be a bit slow, but today we had no complaints. The food and services were both very good, will definitely be back. The seafood pasta was yummy. if you are reading this...stop now and go to Imbibe for a drink and a meal, you won't be disappointed."

"Always happy with the takeaways. I have coeliac disease so can’t eat gluten and the curries and phad Thai can be made gluten free. We also ordered a vegan curry which has a nice selection of veggies. The staff are always warm and friendly. I would highly recommend : Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$70–80"

"On our final day in Tauranga my family and I decided to visit the winery to have a drink and relax. The environment is lovely and the view of the courtyard whilst eating also enhanced the experience. We sat outside and ordered 2 children platters for the kids and our drinks. We enjoyed our experience and would have wanted to stay and have dinner although we couldn't as we had to drive back to Auckland."

"I am a regular at Rosie O 'Gradys, I was shocked to see comments below, especially from the member called 'Dinny '. I love the Irish theme of the bar, one of the more authentic Irish Pubs in New Zealand. The library books and old posters add to that. In Ireland all the pubs have old story books. We were at Rosie 's on the 1st and they were so busy. we waited maybe 35 mins but considering it was so busy we expected that. They have turned there back yard into a beach which I have never seen before and the atmosphere was amazing. (I 'm just glad I don 't have to clean all the sand up from inside). The food is just what you would expect at a pub. But the publican has done wonders for that place and even shouts the odd beer. I totally disagree with these comments and my husband calls it his Local and i also love going."

"If you’re in Papamoa then give this place a visit. A varied menu and really well executed food on the plate. Their eye fillet is excellent as is the seafood chowder. Good sized portions and Tiger beer on tap. The restaurant is a bit noisy but it didn’t detract from us having a nice time. I’d come back."
