"This was my first visit to Basil's On Market. It was a Monday at 5:30 and wasn't too busy. We got a nice seat at the back. Our server was Virginia, and she was FABULOUS! Very friendly and on top of drink refills without hovering. We ordered the bruschetta for the table. It's different from the standard but was very good. For the entree, I ordered the Chicken Bacon Pasta (without bacon) and a bread basket. Everything was delicious and fresh. The flavor of the chicken was terrific and super tender and juicy. I'd definitely recommend trying it. Check out Basil's when you're in Troy and tell Virginia, April sent ya."

"These people don't mess around. There was a young man who politely took my order as soon as I walked in. They cooked it up, served it up and took my payment without a fuss. The kitchen looks clean, the dining area is clean. Even the parking lot is clean. The trash is not overflowing. The only thing I didn't like was how loud the music was in the dining area. Every time I go there (which is rare because I live in Maryland), I am satisfied."

"Came here for the first time with the family for my brothers birthday. We ordered the Ahi Tuna, Jambalaya, Chicken Picatta, Wedge Salad and shrimp appetizer. The Lobster Bisque was also ordered. Everything was amazing and full of flavor. There?s a variety of wine and drinks available which is a huge plus if you?re a wine connoisseur. This is a great place to come to if you?re looking to have some flavorful wine and amazing dishes. I can?t wait to return!"
