"No longer Sweet Evalinas, now Woodstock trading Post. Requested dry wings they said this was not an option. So I ordered hot honey wings, good, but would have enjoyed dry rub wings more. "Being in Vermont my whole life, this is probably the best meal I've had in the state. The ambiance has such a classic new england charm and is not overly elegant and stuffy. Local art highlights the walls and candles burn on each rustic ly elegant table. The service from Sarah was top notch. She was knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. Last but certainly not least the food here is incredible. The savory profiterales were as interesting as they were delectable and the schnitzel was the best I've ever had. Not to mention the basque cheesecake topped everything off great. Couldn't recommend this spot more!"

"Went to dinner for Valentine's day weekend and had an excellent time. I ordered the French onion soup for my appetizer which was phenomenal. For entree I had the chicken and creme brulee for dessert. I also ordered the salty bear drink, and my date order the steak. The staff and our waitress was very courteous, and we also had an awesome view of the Creek. I would go again soon"

"My new favorite restaurant in Woodstock (if not all of Upstate NY. The food was really excellent. I'm a big meat eater and loved the spiced lamb steaks done over a wood fired grill. The Cauliflower Steaks and Vegetable dishes were also seriously tasty. Great warm atmosphere in an open kitchen style. Would definitely return."
