"Food and prices very good, the service not so good. My Wife and I went for lunch on the Thursday to check if we could have coffees, teas cakes and bacon cobs etc. as there would be 14 cyclists coming on the following Monday. I was told by the owner that it wouldn't be a problem with 14 of us. I again phoned him on Sunday morning to expect 14 of us on Monday at approx. 11.15. We arrived on Monday on time but only to find he was on his own. (His Mother usually helps out when he's busy. It took him over 45 minutes just to serve the drinks and he then had to start cooking the bacon sandwiches and toasted teacakes etc. All in all we were there about an hour and fifteen minutes. It's a decent little tea room but let down badly by the slow service. Needless to say we won't be calling there again."

"Sally and Jeremy are the are the best hosts and are supported with a fantastic dedicated staff. The food is amazing and not to be missed.!!! During these difficult times not only do they offer fantastic table service for both food and drink, but also top class take out as well. Highly recommend a visit for a safe, friendly experience."

"Been coming to this chippy for over a year and I’ve honestly never had a bad meal, Chips are ALWAYS gorgeous, the Cod is beautifully chunky and light with a crispy battered coating. Their condiments are superb, best chip shop curry sauce I have tasted in about 20 years and the service is always warm and friendly. Ultimately this is a lovely family run chippy that prides itself in excellence. 5/5"

"We often used to visit the Three Kings. This time it was for dinner in between Christmas and New Year the meal was very good, albeit some foods were not available however the bar area where we ate was very cold which unfortunately was not very comfortable. We will visit again just hope there is some heating on next time."
