"Old wordly charm a place that reminds me of my childhood the hotdogs are still as long as my arm! The customer service is excellent although the pay after your meal was a bit awkward especially as this is often a busy place. I miss the potatoe skins they sadly are not on the new menu."

"Had lunch for three people there today. Fish and Chips, Chips and Aoli and a Double Hot dog. All three meals quite bland, with no real redeeming qualities noted. The Haus Hot dog meal was quite awful...possibly due to what looked (and tasted ) like two IGA frankfurters and very cold sauerkraut. Coffee was the only saving grace!Wait staff, particularly one male, were unfriendly and abrupt. Perhaps this has more to do with Sunday penalty rates being taken away from them than a dislike for serving patrons? I do feel for them, especially when the restaurant is quite happy to charge us a Sunday surcharge!"

"The wonderful German Arms came to our group's rescue when our national organic growers conference was evicted from the Seasonal Gardens Cafe.They proved to be a wonderful venue with huge meals and great service. A great selection of beers led our group to return in the evening as well.Highly recommended."
