"I can't fault this place. I've eaten lunch here many times and you get friendly, efficient service and most importantly quality, wholesome food with a varied menu. Some of it is good ole British grub, some more continental, but it's always reasonably priced. Very clean place too, but without being so sanitised it loses the community feel, which is another thing I like about it. Not what you'd call a restaurant, but more than your greasy spoon, it has the feel of a decent community canteen with decent, local people working in it, and a place for everyone. Full marks for this place. You don't get modest but nice places like this in the more poncey parts of London."
