"Good sized function room with its own bar ,stage etc which is great for parties and events. Staff are helpful and it's seating arrangements and dance floor make it great to socialise. It's not posh but it's a good venue. Been here numerous times"

"We didn't eat here but of what food I saw it looked good. The service was excellent and plenty of locals made the atmosphere welcoming. Dogs are allowed with plenty of outside seating. As you can see from photos some unusual guests inside. Parking: I don't have a car but saw cars parked around the area. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope leading to the pub so easy for wheelchair access and prams etc. Price per person: £1–10"

"Went to the Halloween Tales evening on Saturday 28th Oct . Really enjoyed the event but did think the “tales” presented by the Woolly Tellers could have been more Halloween themed than they were . Very Nottingham oriented tales , I’d have liked more on the history and tales of Halloween from around the world to be honest . Nonetheless a great evening and the food was okay too . Service: Dine in"

"It is a great bar/restaurant with a great price menu and decent drinks. the new marston’s 61 deepthroat on tap is 3.8% and a really nice bright al. very refreshing and easy to drink. Sundays carvery is really good value and the portions are huge, with an option to pay more for extra meat. good selection of nice. very tasty and filling are a long walk. staff very friendly and friendly. good social distancing measures. came back last week, just as good!"
