"Quit going years ago because it was always slow, always dirty. They got new ownership recently and did a months long remodel so I figured I 'd give it another shot. Well the place looks better but food and service is still terrible. It 's almost comical at this point to go and see what they screw up this time. 1st visit post remodel: I order a burger and fries meal. They bring the burger out but no fries. Servers states she 'll go back and get the fries. I finish the burger and still no fries. Go to counter and they say they get some. Server eventually brings me some cold undercooked fries. 2nd visit: Going through drive through.... They have banners and adds everywhere for the Summertime Sunset Twisty Misty Slush. So I try to order two of them.... We don 't have slushes . So I order a couple blizzards instead. Get to the window and there 's the two half melted blizzards. They don 't tip them over like they normally do and hand them to me with ice cream dripping everywhere."
