"Arrived without a reservation at on a Thursday. Was seated and greeted promptly. Was given an English menu and given recommendations for food. Chose roast pork and filet of pork. Wow! Both absolutely superb! Tasty, moist, tender, just the right amount of seasonings in...each part of the dishes. Cabbage with ham salad great. Pasta with cheese divine. Bacon crispy along with onion rings. All arrived within minutes of ordering. Would recommend to all to make the effort to get here."

"We had a nice dinner here after touring Munich for the day , its right near the Haar train station. Prices are moderate, nice sized out door beer garden, our waitress spoke English and was helpful in explaining menu items we had pork chops and pork roast both were very good"

"A very beautiful inn with a great beer garden. For Münchner conditions costly, very friendly staff that quickly serves and also likes to make a joke, good (traditional Bavarian) food, genuine Bavarian ambience with regular table and sheephead cards on the wall. The mail is always worth it!"
