"Very impressed by the cheeseburger here. the people must stop and read the ingredients before they judge the price etc. they use high quality grass fed bark and raclette cheese, which leads to slightly high trips, but I feel its justified in view of the excellent service and decor. burger was simple and perfect. no sauces to mask aromene of bark or cheese, super juicy patty and soft, but crunchy rolls. best burger in hk at the moment."

"Wow, where do I start? each court here was exquisitely well prepared and presented. they love the modern idea to all classical Chinese oriented! the deep fried aubergine on the top of mapo tofu mixed my two favorite dishes in – paired with kale rice, a whole rendition of the classic Chinese cuisine. the sweet and acidic “pork” made of hedgehog pilz was also pure skill and taste. if it were just more affordable. I would go every week."

"At twice here because the food tastes really good and fresh. Not certain why they lost their one star rating. I still think it's affordable good Hong Kong cuisine. A first trying steamed pork ribs. I love it. The chee chiong fan has really good char siew and accompanying sauce. Im not a fan of the HK texture as it's of a mushy consistency. But overall still a nice dish. The beef fried rice noodles is a popular item people order apart from the wanton noodles."

"Perfect venue for our last evening in Hong Kong. Impeccable service, beautifully presented buffet, delicious food and a lovely setting. The staff were very attentive but not intrusive. There was an excellent variety of food and I thought the drink packages were good value. Especially liked the 'extra courses ' of bouillabaisse and the lemon soufflé."
