The first time I came, I was impressed by the menu, which features Cantonese dishes with a difference, and I remembered overall being impressed by the creative flair of the kitchen. That's partly why I decided to take friends from LA to here: they already have easy access to great Chinese food, but I thought that Happy Paradise would offer something that was more distinctly Hong Kong.
