"Warning.Sneaking in a 3.5% use of credit card surcharge is an insult to consumers. No doubt this establishment uses credit to run its business. So why penalize your customers? Do all your suppliers charge you 3.5% when selling to you?Deceptive? Just look at the receipt. BIG BOLD PRINT called TOTAL. Then the sneaky, smaller little line below it which is the REAL TOTAL. Inspecting my card account showed the higher amount was charged.Scanning the previous reviews, this upcharging has been noted before and the business has chosen to not do anything about it.The receipt will be sent to the Idaho Attorney General for review.WARNING: Their website has been hacked and is a risk to your computer."

"ITS THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE FOR ME!!!!! ESPECIALLY COMING FROM ALAN THE OWNER AND FACE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I had a terrible experience at Jean's today. I had not been rude with him , so I did not understand why he was starting to get rude with me. I expressed that I had been a frequent and valued (at least I thought so prior to this) customer who brings large crowds of other customers with me on a regular basis 10-15 people, but based on this experience today I may have to reconsider. I stated to my friend sitting next to me that I was leaving. Alan repeatedly told me I've got to do what I've got to do! And do what ever you need to do with a serious attitude of I don't care if I lose yours and your friends' service or not. Which was a shock to me, because he usually does much better than this when it comes to customer service. In that moment I felt that our business did not matter to him one way or the other. Since when is this acceptable behavior of someone who is essentially in the business of service. I understand if you have a rules to abide by, but as the owner of a company you also have to remember to provide great customer service and that the customer is always right even when you believe they are wrong because WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS!!!!! This is just customer service 101!!!!!! You must find a way run a business, have rules, but first and foremost PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!"

"Don’t over look these reviews. It’s like the only seasoning this place knows is salt! We ordered take out for dinner and almost everything was salty. Egg drop soup, super salty. Fried rice, salty. Pot stickers, pink and salty. Chow mein noodles were dry. The only tolerable items on the menu was the Mongolian beef and general tso chicken. They had a nice spice to them and was quite flavorful. Overall, very disappointed in the food. Staff though was very friendly. Helped us bring the food to the car and was informative about the items on the menu. It’s a shame that the excellent customer service doesn’t reflect off of the quality of the food."
