"An interesting restaurant with seafood on display along with a tank of live lobsters. Food was good and, as you might expect plenty of seafood.Service was a little bit hit and miss - a tray of drinks was dropped by the waiter, but this was not a big problem."

"Tout va bien quand vous ne remettez pas en cause leur travail...Le patron n'est pas pro sur ce sujet là..Résumé des faits : je demande une cuisson d'entrecôte à point et c'est du bien cuit qu'on me ramène..2ème essai : c'est de la semelle et même pire ce n'est même pas une entrecôte mais un faux filet !!! La honte !! Trop cuite, la viande n'a pas été touchée mais à quand même été facturée 19.50 euros !!! Sur une table de 10 personnes avec apéro plats desserts, je pense qu'il aurait pu faire l'effort de s'excuser et ne pas la compter car lassoeyyz est restée intacte.. Pour se dédouaner le gérant (si on peut appeler ça un gérant) essai de justifier la différence entre une cuisson à point et saignante mais manque de chance nous sommes dans la restauration donc nous savons de quoi nous parlons et avons mangé dans ce même restaurant 3 jours avant et il n'y avait pas de souci avec l'interprétation des cuissons.. Ça fait très cher le couvert !!! Très déçue, ne prenez pas de viande ils ne savent pas faire !Dommage une photo pour illustrer la situation aurait été très parlante.. elle se serait passé de mots..!!"

"Le galion is a simple beach concept. after april it is reconstructed on the beach, torn down in september, until the next year. after 19 years in the quarters natural we decided to go. when the arrival of the waiter when he is asked where he sits, wavy generally and everywhere says, sound alarm bells. the larger group of fully dressed lunches at the end were more worthy of the two waiting staff than any other. most menus have been hidden. there was something special, but we were not told about them. eating is very moderate. they expect the overload. gloom quite pleasant. but the three claims after the bill, all acknowledged, but ignored, spoil any perception of service capabilities. Meanwhile the group seemed quite satisfied with the two servers they had. the other of us who were ignored were not."

"This is a restaurant, bar and wine shop rolled into one. Basalt is located next to the now disused cave cooperative in what is now the suburbs of Agde rather than vines. This make parking easy.The space is airy with plenty of natural light. Tables are set amongst wine racks which make up the wine list. We chose from the carte rather than what looked like a popular good value set lunch menu. Unfortunately a couple of dishes we chose were unavailable, understandable as they required fresh seafood, but annoying as disappointment ensued. Our server should have pointed this out when presenting us with menus.Nevertheless, we enjoyed simple tapas starters and a dish of riz de veau and veal kidneys was a tour de force of precise cooking. Monkfish with black pasta was also successful. There are plenty of wines by the glass - just trust your host to choose. Bottles have just a 10€ mark up on caviste prices so somewhere to opt for a fine bottle from the racks distributed in the dining area and grouped by the type of food they match. We'll return and bring some friends."
