"Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Got the seafood curry laksa, char kway teow and a Milo with coffee. The food was warm, but it could have been a little hotter. By the time I reached the middle of eating the food, it was already cold. Char kway teow also needed more of the wok flavour and needed more spice. Food was reasonably priced as well."

"The saving grace was the chips and they could've been better. I ordered the single special and onion rings and a pineapple fritter on the side. I got one piece of fish instead of the one and a half in the special, bad onion rings that weren't crispy and had a weird oniony mash inside, a pineapple fritter that wasn't crispy enough and a dim sum crabstick that were each equally as disappointing as the fritter and rings. The fish was actually alright. The only reason I'm finishing all of it is because i'm broke and haven't eaten anything but a few crackers today. I advise that the cooks check out the same food at the fish and chip store next to belmont cinemas and take some tips from that....read more"

"I was sceptical about dining at Pearl River (given its not so appealing location), but was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Came for Sunday dinner ordered:<br/>San choy bow (delicious), Salt and pepper chicken (tasty), Stir fry beef (very good), Squid tentacles (nice), Fried rice (good)<br/>Singapore noodles (least favourite dish) kai lan veges. Food was very fresh, excellent quality came out at a good pace. The place itself has a nice ambience (very spacious it obviously gets packed as there were rows of chairs lined up for waiting patrons outside the restaurant). Service was a bit hit and miss but not to the point that it significantly affected our dining experience. Well worth a visit if your looking for good Chinese cuisine in the Morley area."

"Never go past the duck risotto or pork belly! They are both incredible! We both always say we will try something new butttt nope mines the pork belly with chic avo sides love Fabio for actually accommodating my fav combos) and my partner the duck risotto.. this is to the point of if they're ever booked out we order the same takeaway. NEVER had a bad meal or service it's always been outstanding I'm quite sad I've never found anything like it since we moved to ellenbrook..will definitely make the effort to go back adore this place!!!!"
