"(Last visit 7/21/2021. I drive past this place all the time to drive at different places as it is located directly on the south side of the Berlin Turnpike. Bae said we have to try this place sometime. Today is this day... Atmosphere / Appearance: As I have already mentioned, this place is set directly on the south side of Berlin Turnpike so that everyone can see! There is a decent private parking and round highway with 2 entrances/exit for convenience. There is also a beautiful outdoor area lined with parasols to hang during the warmer months. The interior offers a little sea or pier type of vibe with many bright colors, bright forests and white walls. It's pretty simple. I wanted to take my food back to the crib so I ordered to go. Service: Pam took care of me and she was brilliant. She was really sweet, answered all my questions with confidence and just made sure that I had a good experience, even if it was a short one. Food: So I have Bae and I 2 Jumbo CT Lobster Rolls with side orders from sweet potatoes. The CT lobster roll is one that serves warm and with melted butter. This is the only way to go! None of these cold mayonnaise lobster salad stuff. (This is called Maine style in this restaurant. The lobster rolls are also available in 2 sizes. Regular and Jumbo. Now I don't know any weights, quantities or anything, but I can tell you that the sandwiches we had with lobster STUFFED. The sandwich was so heavy and the lobster was just spited out all over the place when I ate something! It was deliciously warm, juicy, fresh and simply incredible. Lobster roles are really a treat when I have them. The sweet potato fries were fine, but for what they cost, they should 've better or at least come with a kind of diving sauce to supplement them. But... how much this meal costs. I can't eat there every day. Value: Good... ready for it? That's the only most expensive sandwich I ever bought. The sum for 2 Jumbo lobster rolls with sweet potatoes was $90.17 after taxes. Wow. Just, wow. These are hostile prices. So leave us a little back. Before taxes, it was $84.00. For two SANDWICH AND FRIES. Let's have a few more. Sweet potatoes are an additional $6.00 per sandwich. So subtract $12.00 for this total and now we're on $72.00 for 2 crazy lobster rolls. The MP in the menu will get you. Lol. So, $36.00 for the juicy, warmest and pretty tasty lobster roll is a bit steep, but... that's why I don't do this every day. Lol, every one. Finally, I went to a tar there at the end, but the food is worth it. It's just a little sticker shock and yes, I knew what I paid before I placed the order. I just had to try this place and I would pay for it again! In fact, I plan very soon so I can play it on Hungry Road! Make sure to check my YouTube channn"

"All we had was amazing Bretzel with beer cheese, Scallop cheese steak, shrimp flatbread, raised grilled cheese, children chicken pliers, children fried shrimps and BLT. Every member of our party took care of their meal. Service was impeccable! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Very recommended for every visit to Berlin!"

"Terrible experience. And I work in customer service. Went here for Mother?s Day with my mom and boyfriend and we got a simple margarita pizza. The sauce was flavorless/watery, barely any cheese, and actually tasted horrible. It also took at least an hour to get to our table. I don?t think I would?ve said anything except that this was the second time trying to come back there. (Last time it was chicken parm that was burnt and soggy). There will not be a third chance I suppose especially since they were fighting us that it wasn?t terrible and they initially made my boyfriend pay full price for this terrible thing before I went back in and they refunded us. Lesson #1: The customer is always right."
