"I was in Aji Limo several times for last year. Each product tried is excellent and fresh. I tend to eat seafood in Cajamarca on Saturday or Sunday, so do not know how fresh it is on other days. It is only open from late morning until noon. Without a doubt the best seafood in Cajamarca and some of if not the best food in Cajamarca. Try not to dissapointed you."

"Was pleasantly surprised to buy the food quality! The restaurant was in the normal South American open restaurant and there were two rooms. Service was very good and the mixed seafood soup was very good excellent taste and amount of seafood. The Lomo salito was also good, but nothing like the soup. I never felt rushed."
