My husband and I would definitely go there for their "mates o infusiones" (herbal teas). It's the real thing not in tea bags. Made from scratch with herbs. You have plenty of choices. We tried the coca and the mix. Prices are reasonable, convenient location right on main square and it opens at 7am. Most cafes open around 8:30. Also it's a rather quiet place.
