"Been going to this restaurant with family for nearly years. I am not a South Perth or Como resident but will drive to the Golden Mile because the food, ambience and service has always been a “Golden” Chinese standard and inviting for its multivarious food options. It warms my heart and brings back fond memories during every visit. It is a wonderful restaurant for families and the family who own and run the Golden Mile are lovely people who like seeing children. Go there and take family with you for a night off cooking at home."

"When ordering on the phone, they will receive a standard reaction “already in 15 minutes”. that is almost never the case. Normally it takes 30 or more minutes before the order is cooked. Today it was over 50 minutes. Despite the fact that the...sometimes say how long it actually takes, then we can come to this time (because the children are sitting in the car, waiting longer than necessary, is not pleasant), they will not change their practice, say "ready in 15 minutes." a business that does not respond to feedback and keeps regular customers waiting, our loyalty does not deserve. we're going to go elsewhere from now on."

"Decent food and staff are friendly but probably shouldn't charge $20 for a dish you can get from it's origin for $1-2 unless you can make it just as well as them. The food on their menu is considered street food in Malaysia and if you want to charge those prices, probably up your game a little, but not a bad place at all."

"This is a nice spot for cake and drinks. They have a range of matcha, hojicha and black sesame drinks and cakes. Out of the few cakes I tried, I liked the triple matcha cake the best. The earl grey and black sesame soufflé cheesecakes were okay in flavour but the texture was a bit on the dry side. The matcha opera cake was more intense in the chocolate flavour compared to matcha."

"If you like to pay $23 each for your two sirloin steaks to be blackened and charcoaled on one side and presented on the plates burnt side down, then I highly recommend the Mt Henry. Topped off with a delicious cold sauce on top, I now remember why it's been 10 years since my last visit to this establishment."

"The food is SENSATIONAL! Friendly service, large portion sizes and I love it so much that I must have been over 15 times now and have taken all I know! I think I tried everything on the menu and it was all delicious... and I can't mistake it! It is a wonderful experience for the family or an intimate dinner for two!"
