"Tortugas has another location in lambertville with superior eating. it is really a shame because this is a nice byob to gather friends and enjoy chips and salsa/guac. Perhaps the meat products are better, but every dish I tried is made with tasteless frozen or bad quality vegetables and without much creativity. I really want to like this place, but I'm always disappointed with eating. if they are vegan or not eating, they are more disappointed. they calculate them extra for chips / salsa, which is somehow annoying in view of the high price of cheap food they serve."

"This was our second time at Thea, taking our son and his wife. They ordered the arancini since she's from Tuscany, and even with her high bar, they loved it. My wife had the pasta with seafood and really enjoyed it . Our son had ordered the veal Milanese but missed the last one, so chose the chicken Milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, all of which were generous and very flavorful. The only glitch in service was they were short of chilled white wine "buckets", so we ad libbed with good old ice around the (byob) bottle. Otherwise, our server and trainee took great care of us."

"My wife is not vegan, so we dine at non vegan and vegetarian restaurants. Elements is a great restaurant. The dining room is intimate with a view of the kitchen. The menu is focused on a tasting menu. During the week there is alacarte as well. If you let them know in advance they will create an entire vegan tasting menu. The kitchen staff is expert at creating fresh, farm to table creative vegan (and non vegan) food. The service is always professional. This is an ideal spot for a special event. It is expensive but worth it."

"This was our second time dining here. The fish is the best we have ever had. It is fresh and perfectly prepared. We had Icelandic cod, blackened Florida mahi mahi, grilled shrimp and mixed grill (barramundi and steelhead salmon). The vegetables were also perfect (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, baked sweet potato). Be sure and bring your own wine or beer (no corkage) as they do not serve alcohol but welcome guests bringing it in. The atmosphere is casual-nice."

"Con: Service was extremely slow and not attentive at all on a Sunday evening. It wasnât that busy but there was only one waiter and one busboy on the floor. Pro: We had black squid ink paella which was very well seasoned, flavorful and moist. I was very impressed with it! We also tried the pork chop with vegetable on the side . Pork chop could use more seasoning but was cooked to the right temperature as we requested. The vegetable was excellent!"
