"I took my almost 3 year-old here to meet up with a friend. Good coffee and we had some muffins. Atmosphere is good and it's in a handy location in down town. I'll return again!"

"Food was decent at best about a 6/10 but the service was lacking. Server seemed distracted and not very interested in our service."

"Six of us had a delicious lunch here. Two got the soup and sandwich, which was a tuna melt that they said was excellent. Two got the seafood chowder which was the best they ever had. One got the soup and salad and could barely eat all of it. I had the seafood platter which was extremely tasty. All of the above items are highly recommended by our group as is this quaint little gem."

"We were here on a Saturday towards the end of lunch time. The restaurant is obviously popular as we got the last parking space. It's located very close to the Trans Canada Highway so it's a convenient place to stop for something to eat. This is a family restaurant which includes a kids playroom. The menu is quite extensive -- something for everyone. We had soup and sandwiches. The seafood chowder was a bit heavy on potatoes. The tomato soup had more vegetables than I had expected. The soups were served very hot as they should be. My sandwich was grilled cheese and DH's was the special corned beef -- more of a Ruben actually. The food was good but not outstanding. The service was prompt, friendly and professional. When driving past Sackville, my first choice is the Marshlands Inn but this would be my second choice."

"The fish and chips that I had were really good. But my friend had the ceasar salad with a chicken breast which costs more. The chicken was not a breast . It was rather like pressed or processed. It was thin and dark brown. My friend called it chicken jerky LOL. My friend being the person she is only complained after she paid because she had eaten it and she was just giving feedback . I thought the owner would give her a coupon or something but no... she said oh that 's too bad I 'll tell the chef. Now my friend was ok with this because that was what she wanted but I was not impressed. $25 for a less than mediocre ceasar is awful."
