"When they got the order wrong, not once but twice, we thought OK, they are busy and no big deal. We decided to cancel the incorrect order. That was all OK. What got us was a young waiter who started mouthing off saying we abused him. Thankfully the table next to us was able to correct him and state that he was lying. Management didn't really care. NEVER GOING BACK"

"There's some good Indian food across Sydney these days, but Road To Goa is certainly very good. This place has been around for ages, quietly building up a strong reputation for good food and service in St Ives. . We started with some poppadoms and a trio of dips. It was a lovely way to commence our meal and we just couldn't resist those crunchy poppadoms their so addictive!"

"Went there for lunch and we’re totally neglected due to a large group booking (I reckon there are always functions here). Don’t bother coming here if you want service. We had to go to the bar ourselves (so much for table service) and then still got forgotten. Food (chicken sandwich) tasted ok but terribly messy to eat. There are much better places around here to eat and be served refreshments."

"The spicy hokkien noodles over uber eats ordered and a notiz added to request extra spicy. nudels did not arrive sharply at all (even without my extra spicy question, the nudels were not sharp at all! . taste was otherwise ok, I was only disappointed when I was looking for a spicy nudel dish."

"Over the years we have driven past this place and have been impressed by the number of people queuing up. Olympia had also been recommended by a friend a few years back. This week we decided to stop off and give it a try. We ordered the standard battered fish of the day with chips. The fish was supposed to be cod. The fish was as dry as a Ritz cracker! Also, the fish didn't seem like any cod I have ever had. I don't know if this was because it was so badly cooked, or if it wasn't actually cod. Even the chips were somehow anaemic, very dry and bland tasting. Our attempts to make the fish and chips more palatable by slathering in salt and vinegar couldn't rescue the food. None of us could finish off the meal as it was like eating cardboard. One thing I noticed was that there weren't many people queuing up this time; very different from what we have seen in the past. We wondered if this place is under new management? If the service wasn't friendly, I would probably give it one star."
