"Waited for an hour to eat with the waiting personal studiously avoid our attention. we tried to cancel our order, but the workers and managers were argumentatiw and rudely claimed they were busy when the restaurant was half empty. we wanted to recharge for the food we hadn't received more than an hour. eating was really poor. avoid them. avoid them. avoid them."

"Since it was not easy to find grocery stores in the center of Vannes, this covered market came handy to buy stuff for breakfast or for a picnic. It is also possible to have a bite on site (Mexico, oriental, pancakes, oysters .... Open from 8 am to 2 pm, even on Sunday, but closed on Monday. Producer market on Wednesday and Saturday."

"We visited this place for our last dinner with family before departing from Vannes. We ordered appetizers, of which were oysters. The waitress had forgotten about the oysters and delivered only appetizer. It was a pity because then one of us ate...alone while the other two were waiting. When we asked for our oysters, she said she had forgotten about it. We were offered one plate free for the two plate we ordered. Service for our main course took a while to arrive, and we noticed that there were other tables who were served slow too. Food was so so, nothing impressive. The setting of the restaurant on a big boat was nice though."

"What a treat we went here for my son s birthday . My husband and I suggest Roscanvec having been there once before . We all opted for the chefs choice and were delighted with the lobster , followed by veal and light desert to...follow , none of which we would have chosen ourselves but all equally delicious , with amuse bouche of boiled egg the like of which we hadn t tasted before . It might be a tad expensive but I would much rather pay for food I m going to enjoy rather than some of the expensive mundane food in the other Michelin starred and recommended restaurants in the area , some of which we find terrible . The staff are all delightful and we will certainly be returning"

"We found the address through TripAdvisor late in the afternoon which surprisingly had still some availability. Dinner was exquisite, we had the menu gourmand made of a refined conchiglioni with fresh mushrooms, followed by a fish (lot) perfectly cooked and a lemon mousse. All incredibly...tasty. Service was good. Downside was the restaurant lighting (hospital like) and its room temperature, which should easily be resolved. Very fair pricing. We will return."

"We really only chose this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel. Fortunately we were not disappointed. This is a really good little restaurant where the staff make every effort to please you and they are obviously very proud of their food. A little on the expensive side but the food it cooked very well and with imagination. The restaurant really doesn't look much on the outside but is well worth a visit. Would love to make a return visit."
